January Childbirth Education Classes Announced at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center

MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Lake Norman Regional Medical Center hosts a monthly, three-part series, Childbirth Education Class with the January classes announced for January 4, 16 and 17. The classes are taught in the evenings from 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Lactation and Infant Nutrition Outpatient Center, 146 Medical Park Road in Mooresville, and the cost is $60.

Class information includes the labor process, medical interventions, a hospital tour, positioning for labor, and breathing techniques. Completion of the class is recommended by 37 weeks gestation.
