MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center held its traditional Gingerbread House contest during the hospital’s annual Holiday Fun Week for employees. All hospital departments were invited to participate. Although there were many creative entries, a few received this year’s special recognitions. The winner of the “From Scratch Award – Best Homemade Entry” went to Christmas at the Lake by the Health Information Management department. The “Best Representation of LNRMC Services Award” was presented to the Infusion Services department for their Gingerbread House of Infusions entry. The “Best Use of the Foam House Award” was awarded to Marshmellow World by the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
