Mooresville, N.C. — Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is hosting a free online seminar on Tuesday, November 19, Diabetes and Chronic Wounds: Knowing the Risks and the Effects of Non-Healing Wounds featuring Dr. Todd Sommer, D.O., DPM, wound care medical director, and Abena Kwarteng, MSCI, BS, RCP, BSHS, wound care program director at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center as presenters. The free, online seminar is scheduled from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. The program will focus on wound symptoms, risks, treatment options and case studies.
